ITALIAN CARRY ON

In this section, the Authors Groups meet up via Google Meet to read and translate the initial stories written by the Greek partners. As follows:

1.Sharing on a Google doc.

Starting from the Greek story, students think how to carry on with the story. To this purpose we work on a google document where we can share ideas.

2.Scaffolding for Writing

Main characters: Cipollino and Troktikoulis
Secondary characters: of your choice
Problem: Does Troktikoulis decide to go to Italy? f yes, what happens when it arrives in Italy? How does he meet Cipollino

Reaction: How do Cipollino and the little mouse become friends?
Where do they decide to go / what do they decide to do?
Setting: Castelfranco or another place familiar to you. What happens when they arrive in Castelfranco?
What unexpected fact happens to the two characters that forces them to change their plans?
Resolution: How do they try to solve the problem?
Consequences: What are the consequences of their actions?

3.Meeting Live to discuss  

Students work together, during a live session on Google Meet, discussing and negotiating how best to carry on with the story. We work in Italian and then we translate in simple English the story to be shared with the partners.
