    • I hope that students and teachers have fun and students can communicate although some students have a little level of english.(Monika, GER)

    • I think my students will have an interesting, enriching, pleasant experience - they will get to learn  about other countries' traditions concerning Christmas and meet new European friends ( Cinzia, Italy)

    • I expect the students in my class will have a stimulating and rich experience...And because I'm a teacher of Maths I would like to try adding a little bit of Maths to Christmas greetings.  I think I will ask to my students to create math christmas ornaments, trying to find a fun way to exercise math skills in a Christmas mood. (Lorenza, Italy)

    • I believe this project will teach our students the value and richness of the European culture and develop their teamwork, translation, and computer skills, as well as stimulating their imagination. In addition,  it will increase their English vocabulary; as well as general knowledge and understanding of the English language. (Yasemin, Turkey)

    • I hope that my students write in English best wishes messages for Christmas, improve their English level, discover traditions at Christmas in other countries, enjoy designing their personal Christmas card and be creative. Also the ICT plays a crucial role in this project so I'm sure they will benefit greatly. (Adrian, Spain).

    • My students are special needs. I hope they will take pleasure from that activity (mrs. Geffroy, France).
    • I hope my students will have a great experience and improve their level of English. (Kasia, Poland)
    •
    • I expect my students to start using English as a language of communication with other students in Europe and improve their English speaking/writing skills faster and enjoy the benefits of knowing a foreign language. Also I do hope they will find friends from other cultures and become more open-minded and tolerant and see that we are not only different but have so much in common. (Māra, Latvia)
  • Conclusions and more ....

    Conclusion no. 1

For some of us it is important that students communicate (as much as possible). So I have installed twinboards on nearly all pages and suggest:
    - students use the "Student's board" to present themselves
students may comment work from other countries
    - students create or/and out try out quizzes, word salads created by other students
    - older students report about christmas traditions in their country ...

    Conclusion no. 2

We should have reports about christmas traditions from ALL countries. Younger students with a lower level of english contribute by photos, teachers may write in a subline.
We should include our Turkish partner by writing about celebrations of the New Year, too.
