Purpose of the meeting:

-to discuss the launching of the book, as a downloadable pdf. version on the website and Facebook group and the digital version, the online flipped book, possibilities of printing the book

-to discuss the events that each partner will organize in their country for the launching of the printed version of the book

-final evaluation of the project as a whole (preparation, implementation, management, dissemination, final outcomes, budget summary, sustainability)

-to discuss the possibilities for future collaboration

-to establish a set of actions for the sustainability of the project after its duration, deciding roles and responsibilities for each partner

General Kemal Balıkesir Orta Okulu BALIKESİR/TURKEY

The meeting was held by Ayten GEYHAN AKYILDIZ in General Kemal Balıkesir School. 2 teachers from Romania along with 2 teachers from Greece and 4 from Czech Republic participated in the meeting. Nagy Melinda (coordinator) from Romania and the Portugal team were not present at the meeting.

01th MONDAY  All teams apart from Portugal team arrived in Balıkesir.

02th TUESDAY   All partners came to the school at 09:00 and the meeting started with a welcoming ceremony. All partners prepared their stands.

After the preparation of the stands and the photo shooting, a short coffee break was given.

Class visits were made immediately after the coffee break. Dialogues were established between the students and the teachers.

Marbling activity was carried out in the painting workshop.

Cultural demonstration was held in the conference hall. An archery show was held. All participants took shots with an arrow.  After the cultural show, he had lunch at school.

At 14:30, we left school and headed for Cunda Island for a historical and cultural trip accompanied by a lovely dinner at a restaurant by the sea.

03th WEDNESDAY   08:00 in the morning all participants  left the hotel for a historical excursion to Izmir, Ephesus, the house of Virgin Mary and Sirince(an old Greek village)

 04th THURSDAY    All participants came to school at 09:00 in the morning. A meeting was held for the final report and all partners presented all of their activities which they carried out during the project.

After a short coffee break the certificate ceremony was held. All participants were given certificates. After that we had lunch at school.

The historical and cultural sites ​​of Balıkesir were visited as of 14:00. Participants were given free time for shopping.

In the evening at 19:30 all participants had a farewell dinner together and presents were exchanged.
