    Sofia to a my mother

    1. Yes. What has changed is the rhythm of the seasons, the perception of temperatures.
    2. Not sufficient.
    3. Yes.I understood the importance of paying attention not to pollute seas, sky and earth.
    4. Every day, paying attention to energy saving, recycling and respect for nature in all its forms, including animals.

    Chiara to grandparets

    1. Yes. Our climate was better, because at least all four seasons existed. It also snow, and the spring came when the beautiful season began. Instead now it'a all a big spring or a big autumn.
    2. That wasen't important then because it was all "normal" and nobody knew these problems. But we ate what was produced and we didn't use all these packs and all this plastic.
    3. yes, but worse. In the 60's, 70's, 80's we started tu buy and do more because there was more work thanks to the birth of factories.
    4. We do the recycling. In addition, we also have a vegetable garden and breed animals for our own and we go to the supermarket only for the bare minimum.

    Tommaso

    1) I notice that the climate has become warmer during the years.
    2) That wasn't important for us because we didn't know the problem.
    3) I started doing the recycling.
    4) I do recycling and I try to use less plastic objects. I also try to use my car just when it's necessary.

    limin

    1. Yes,Compared to before, today's climate is worse because people have created a lot of trash and ruined nature, for example by deforesting trees, therefore the green of the enviroment is decreasing.
Other examples are:the smog of the car (can pollute the air )and the plastic(refes to high molecular weight synthetic resin as the main componet therefore they can't wipe out).
    2. no, not so important before
3.my attitude compared to before has improved, because i am not longer buy the bootle techniques...
4.No, i am not partecipate in climate.

    andra grancea

1 the earth's climate has always changed, but with it also terrestrial flora and fauna; variations of a few degrees centigrade have been able to radically change the appearance of our planet. Ecological catastrophes and mass extinctions, however, have almost always been avoided.
2 protecting the climate and the environment was not so important in their day
because in those days there were not all these problems, machines, huge factories etc.
    be able to pollute
3 his attitude has changed a lot over the years and has changed for the better
now it is very important to respect the environment and nature
    4 her to help protect
    does the separate collection
    avoid waste
use the bike instead of using the car
and the mcchina is in matano

    Andreea

    1. In my times, maybe 30 years ago, winter was winter if i can say it like this, and spring was spring. By that i mean that the weather in winter time was cold and usually there was a lot of snow not like these days when, for example in february, today are -2 C and tomorrow they are going to be 18.

    2. Not that much to be honest. No one would've pay so mch interest to the enviorment and also there were not that many people who could've teach us the importance of the climate change as consequence this fact wa not spread to all of us.

    3. Oh, definetly. Nowdays, as I notice how we slowly direct to a point of no return I try to educate myself about this global issue and what I can individually do to help.

_what do you think of the climate change?
_I think it is dramatically dangerous,we can no longer recognize the different seasons
_yes,you are right , we can live the four seasons on one day .
_Do you know the reasons behing this catastrophe ?
_ sure . Man is responsible for this damage . his numerous activities in industry , agriculture and transportation have done a lot of harm to the envionment
_you also can consider the great number of factouries all over the world which daily release great amounts of fumes or toxic gases into the air and dump rivers
_ what are the effects of global warming?
_It may result in natural disasters like flooding , it can also bead to the extinction of some species
_the question we may ask now is when Man is going to stop beiging destruction and selfish

    Rim cherni Tunisia

What can we do to stop global warming?
It's very simple for any one of us to reduce our personal carbon dioxide emissions. You can replace the incandescent lamps in your home (ones that make light by getting hot) and use energy-saving fluorescent lamps instead. You can switch your utility company so more of your electricity is made from renewable energy. Or you could bicycle, walk, or take the bus from time to time instead of using your car. You could put on a sweater instead of turning on the heating, open your windows instead of using the air-con, and drive with better fuel economy in mind. These things are all very easy to do and will make an immediate difference.

    Osman, Turkey

1-Yes, in the current climate, winter rains increased compared to the previous climate. It became hotter in the summer.

3-There was no change for me. I used to pay attention to the old days and now I pay attention to trees and forest areas as much as I can.

The weather conditions were certainly better than now, it was less hot on average and the heat usually occurred mainly in summer.when we were little, it was certainly not as hot as today, in winter it was cold and in summer it was hot, but not as unbearable heat as lately.

Narjes wargui Tunisia My interview with my drandfather about disasters

    PART 1
Me: Good afternoon grandpa. Are you watching the news?
Grandfather: Yes. It’s a program about the Australian bush fire crisis.
Me: It’s a pity! The fire destroyed many forests.
Grandfather: More than 11 million hectares of bush, forests and parks across Australia have been burned. Many people were killed and many others lost their houses and are homeless. Tens of thousands of animals were killed in the fire too.
Me: I think disasters are so frequent these days. Was it the same thing so many years ago?
Grandfather: Yes in fact. Fires, floods, earthquakes and others have existed since the past but, they were less frequent than now. Global warming made these things more common.
Me: Do you remember a violent disaster?
Grandfather: I still remember the Great Tangshan earthquake in July 1976 which destroyed a whole Chinese city and killed and injured many people.

    maram kchid from jundubah Tunisia

PART2 INTERWIEW WRITTEN BY ME AND NARJESS GRANDDAD

Me: Do you remember a violent disaster?
Grandfather: I still remember the Great Tangshan earthquake in July 1976 which destroyed a whole Chinese city and killed and injured many people.
Me: It’s difficult to predict natural disasters.
Grandfather: But so many disasters are caused by human beings. In my old days, many parts of the world were in a state of war. Many weapons were used even the atomic bomb.
Me: The atomic bomb!? Isn’t that forbidden?
Grandfather: Yes. The Americans attacked Nagasaki and Hiroshima, two Japanese cities, with atomic bombs. Thousands of innocent civilians were killed and many others continued to die because of radiation sickness, other injuries and malnutrition.

    Israa Tunisia 8th grade

part 3 INTERWIEW WRITTEN BY ME AND MARAM AND NARJESS GRANDDAD
    Me: what about Tunisia?
Grandfather: We had very difficult days especially in the forties. I was still young but I still remember that period very well. There wasn’t enough rain for many years which caused droughts, poverty and famine. The situation worsened with the spread of many epidemic diseases which killed many people at that time.
Me: What can human beings do to face these disasters?
Grandfather: Human beings should be aware of all the dangers that threaten their existence on earth. That’s why they should do their best to limit the risks of these disasters as much as they can.
