All partners  have to participate in every task,  if someone can’t take part in some activity they should inform the founders (especially if they have to work together with another partner).

We know not all countries have got the same privacy policy for little pupils but in this project we want to respect  the children as much as possible so we ask you to conform to our directives.

The TwinSpace will be private but some pages could  be public ( pages without children's pictures) .

Using the Project Journal:

As you know the” project  journal” is public , for this reason ,  we have to respect some rules.

•       In this section partners can add some pictures or materials that aren’t put on the specific pages (e.g. Wish happy Easter , or something else,..)

•       It is not allowed to show pictures with faces  of children close-up (yes if pupils are in back or hiden faces ( pixelated )

•       The whole project needs to be done on the  pages not in the project journal

Collaboration with teachers:

We can use:

•        Twinmail, the teacher bulletin , the Forum in  TwinSpace

•       The e-mail ( we prefer this way because it is easier )

•       Online meetings to help review and evaluation

•       Google doc (some collaborative activities)
