THE 17 GLOBAL GOALS

Did you know that in 2015, world leaders agreed to 17 goals for a better world by 2030?.

 These goals have the power to end poverty, fight inequality and address the urgency of climate change. Guided by the goals, it is now up to all of us, governments, businesses, civil society and the general public to work together to build a better future for everyone.

In order to develop an initial understanding of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) we will do a Webquest together:

When finished, we will do a little Kahoot quiz to check your understanding.

Later you will have two tasks:

14.1 Post a photo of yourself holding a picture of the goal that matters most to you (either self-painted, designed with Canva, a photo/pic taken from the webpage www.globalgoals.org or www.worldpressphoto.org ; you can decide if you want to show your face or not)

14.2 Design an infographic of one of the goals (agree on the goal with your teacher). Post your infographic on the Twinboard.
