Today students started writing postcards to their European friends.

First they wanted to know from where the pen pals come. So we watched the map with the flags and guessed which countries participate.

Then they collected vocabulary for writing a postcard in English and collected ideas for decorating thir postcards with something typical of their country of origin.

In our class there are students from Kurdistan, Afghanistan, Russia, Syria, Romania, Italy and Germany. So some students wrote in their mother tongue that isn't German.
