The first project meeting took place in Podgora from 2 October 2019 to 4 October 2019.

The activities on the first day were. 

- Getting to know each other – showing round the school

- Team building activities

- Parallel workshops (Team A: Clay; Team B: Baking cakes for Bread Day)

- Reflexion meeting - group discussion

- Visiting local sights - hiking tour

- Dinner with families / Teachers have dinner in a restaurant

The activities on the second day: 

- Europeana workshop

- Students present their countries, schools, heritage

- Workshops: Team A programming / modelling; Team B: Local folk dance practice)

- Reflexion meeting - group discussion

- A visit to the nearby town of Makarska (cancelled due to harsh weather)

The activities on the third day:

- eTwinning workshop – Twin Space project

- Good example lesson – teaching cultural heritage (Portuguese teachers)

- Students present their schools, towns, cultural heritage

- Dissemination planning - Spanish

- Evaluation of the meeting – Swedish and Polish

- Planning next cycle of the project

- Barbeque for all participants.
