About the project

The project stems from the observation that more and more students are victims, witnesses or sometimes actors of school bullying. In order for students to become aware of the mechanisms at work, we first want to encourage them to reflect on the causes, modalities and consequences of bullying, before inviting them to work, in both formal and informal ways, on acceptance of themselves and others, self-confidence, empathy and free kindness.

Aims

The students will:
• develop their language skills: in class, the students will study different kinds of documents to learn more about bullying. So they will develop their language skills (reading and listening + writing or speaking because they will present their work to their partners)
• develop their IT skills and familiarize with web 2.0 tools
• define bullying
• promote international cooperation
• develop empathy in order to become more tolerant and respectful
