6.- THEATRE PERFORMANCE

  • PREPARATION

With recycled materials, plastic and greek newspapers sent by our partners in Thessaloniki and Kefalonia, Helidoni Teatro made the stage of the Euripides' Hipolito at our school in Lorca. As you can see in the images, columns are made with newspapers and plastic bottles. Tree where we project gods images is made with plastic bottle leaves and wood. Screens are also made with recycled newspapers. Before the permormances everywhere, we always explain some aspects about eTwinning, plastic problem, etc.

The arrival of materials from Thessaloniki was celebrated by actors and teachers with excitement...

    And newspapers from Kefalonia too..

And here are the results of all that stuff on the stage...

This play will travel along the Region of Murcia. We  talk about plastic problem in the Mediterranean during the introduction in order to mahe the public aware of the problem.

MAKE UP RELATED TO CLIMATE CHANGE:

Our make up deal has been inspired by the climate change in the future. Matter breaking down like tears (Greek letters) for the future of earth and seas.

    PREMIERE AT IES RAMÓN ARCAS

Here you can watch our very first performance at our school in Lorca. The first part of the play couldn´t be recorded properly but you can have an idea of the work of the pupils (more or less one hour and 45 minutes on the stage...). There is a little time lapse between the sound and image due to technical problems during the recording and the first part of the play couldn't be recorded.
