Introduction in 4Cs 

The main aim of the actvivity was to introduce the teachers into the topic of the 4Cs for education and give them a deeper insight into that matter through practical seminars with qualified educators and workshops. Another aim was to get to know each other, exchange ideas, and create synergy in the team. Also all the partners wanted to close every open issue in order to ensure smooth communication and thus successful realization of the project.

Day 1
Short visit of the host school.
Presentation of the partner schools, presentation of the project, discussion and closing open issues - agreement on the times of the next mobilities and contents of the project.
Training session about collaboration connected with communication with a qualified educator. Learning theory and practical knowledge about the 4Cs and their importance in modern education and modern world. Creating synergy in the project team through practical activities and games.
A short sightseeing visit of Bolesławiec

Day 2
Training session about the 4Cs, with a special focus on critical thinking and creativity carried out by a qualified educator. 
Activities that develop critical thinking and creativity, as well as communication and collaboration, for example "Raft Game" or "Ishikawa Diagram" and other.
SWOT analysis of the partners and a discussion on the content of the future meetings, project work and results. 

Day 3
A short sightseeing visit of the city of Wrocław.
Workshop about active citizenship carried out by a local activist and educator.
