    BMI Table

    We made a summary of healthy eating. Analyzing the results of the survey gave ideas!

    Pupils calculated their body mass index and measured their pulse. We tried to find a link between them. Students concluded that underweight students had a higher pulse!

    The pupils also made squats and measured the pulse after that. Later, they were able to draw conclusions about how the pulse depends on physical effort and the level of training.

    Spanish students were to the lab to analyze cold meat and check if they contained starch. It can be done by adding some drops of Lugol's solution and observe the change of colour. The result was that only cold jam doesn't contain starch, but the most used cold meat for our sandwiches (bolognesa, salami, ...) contained big quantities of starch. Conclusion: we though that were buying meat, but we bought potatoes instead!

    In the Art classes, Spanish students applied their knowledge about diet and elaborated a poster for a movie. They were really imaginative!
