Media and the gender stereotypes it offers are putting a high pressure on young people. On the way they look, the way they feel about themselves and who they are supposed to be. Therefore it is important that schools support young people to be critical when confronted with stereotypes. The project will enable students to develop critical opinion about the information received by media and society analyzing the results of a questionnaire carried out and answered by students (aged 14 to 16). Though sharing and discussing the results from different countries, they will be able to propose ways to face gender stereotypes, increasing tolerance for the existing differences and critical view on social media.
