Mathematical education is a very important factor affecting student‘s life chances . People with unsatisfactory math skills will often encounter severe restrictions on the labor market in a technologyrich society. We, the maths, science, ICT and English teachers from the partner schools, have noticed that our students have underachievements in maths . Our research shows that Students are not able to learn mathematical skills without encountering situations in which these skills are to be used and which are perceived by pupils as important. Through this project, we offer our students a wide range of tools, methodologies and strategies. We want them to succeed in mastering mathematical skills and applying them in specific life situations. We will encourage them to develop creativity and to notice mathematical relationships in other disciplines. From September 2018, the project en titled "Don't be afraid of math" will integrate maths and other subjects through language and ICT education.
