At the UK E Twinning Conference, the prizes were awarded by the NSS, and I am delighted to say our project was awarded a national prize in category Global outlook.

Not just a quality label but a full national prize!

Here is what the judges said about "My World, My Classroom" project

 

"An eTwinning project looking outward to the world and engaging many new countries to eTwinning. The project enabled youngsters to engage in environmental and citizenship issues facing us all across Europe through a mathematical context. This cross curricular project focused first on applying the concept to each participant’s country and then sharing the information and statistics across a wide range of schools and cultures. There was excellent organisation, collaboration and communication and motivated engagement by the participants. Many new tools were shared, pedagogical development was a key feature of this mathematical project which blossomed out to include cross curricular outcomes including Art, PSHE values education and history.”
