Tips for the teachers about using the Twinspace tools

  • *Create a page

    1- Write a page name

    2- Chose who to see the page (TwinSpace member or everyone in eTwinning)

    3- If you want to insert a photo. First upload the image in the section Materials. Then when you are creating or modifying the page click the icon left of “source” and insert the image.

    When you are finished editing click “save”.

    *Create students accounts

    1- Go to Members, 2- Invite members, 3- Pupils, 4- Write the name of each student, 5- Click Verify, 6- Write a password (it’s good to have one password for all the students because they sometimes forget it :) 7– Confirm.

    The students will login in the Twinspace with their username (surname dot name) and password.

    They can complete their profile clicking on their name in the upper right corner. Then Edit Twinspace profile- they write few words about themselves and upload a picture.

     

    The Project Journal is visible for all the eTwinners and it is used to promote some of the activities. Write something, share a photo, comment on the publication.

    Teacher Bulletin is visible only for the teachers and we can use it for everyday communication.

    The teacher creates a Forum for the students to discuss on some topic.

    And on Live we can schedule a live chat or a visioconference on a date we chose together.
