A child is constantly exploring, discovering its surrounding world and the main way of doing that is through touch. The child needs constant tactile information, which she receives by touching and holding. It has been proven that the children’s speech and sensory experience are interconnected. Because of that, if we want the child to speak well, we need to develop its hands. For this purpose we have very interesting finger games. The child says a rhyme and makes movements with its fingers. She is enjoying all of these games and all the while her thinking, speech, and attention are improved.
