Different steps and calendar

  • Activity 1 : before november10th :

    SENDING AND RECEIVING MASCOTS:Each class prepares a package for each partner with-a mascot-a letter in English that explains name, first name, age, city, country ... of the mascot,-a country flag (or a flag design)- a photo of the class with the teacher

     

     

    +LIVE EVENT : The children introduce themselves in English in front of the webcam to prepare activity 2

     

    Activity 2 : before december 20th

    MASCOT INVESTIGATE : WHO ARE YOU?Each class chooses a game on the digital tool "Learning Apps" so that each student is presented in English (for example: memory game, who is who? ...) and integrates it in the page of the Twinspace "introduction game" The mascot (s) participate(s) to this game.+ live event: Questions prepared by the partners about the school. (what days, what hours, canteen, several teachers? ...) to prepare the activity 3

     

     

    Activité 3 : Before april 20th

    MASCOT INVESTIGATES: WHAT DOES YOUR SCHOOL LOOK LIKE? YOUR CITY ? YOUR COUNTRY ?Each class realizes, according to the age of the pupils, an article for the magazine in which the mascot describes the school, the city and the country in which it is (photos, class, library ...).So, in the magazine, there will be the description of 3 or 4 countries (flag, location on a map, famous monument …). (it depends on the number of partners)

     

     

    Activité 4: : Before April 21st

    MASCOTTE GATHER PARTNERS: SIMULTANEOUS ARTISTIC EXHIBITION:La Grande Lessive® is an exhibition of drawings on a common theme. The theme of the exhibition is given by the creator of this event, Joelle Gonthier in January.Live event: The children sing their national anthem (link activity 3) and the students meet during a live event to share the words and ideas on the theme of the exhibition.Then each class prepares for its part under the watchful eye of the mascots and takes pictures of the preparation and the event that will take place in late March.
