First mini magazine

  • From 3rd to 7th December 2018 in Bucharest, Romania Short-term exchanges of groups of pupils was held.

    Content: 
    DAY 1.Students and teachers have arrived in Bucharest.
    DAY 2- Ice-breaker activities. Participating at an workshop at school: students worked together and have planned a mini magazine about Romania and they finished in their last day. Meeting with a journalist from TVR (national television), who ask at student’s question and gave them advises. Debates about real and fake news. Students socialized, worked in international teams, improved their English and their IT competences. Students have done these activities at classes as: English and Informatics.
    DAY 3-Visit in Bucharest. Students had to make photos, visit different museums (Village Museum, History Museum , The Palace of Parliament) to have enough information about their magazine about Romania. Students have improved their English, gathered new information about Romanian history and traditions. These activities were related with classes as History and English. 
    Day 4. – Meeting with the local authorities. After the visit to the City Hall the partner, students took part in classes, discovered out new information about Romanian educational system, they socialized, improved their English, and learnt Romanian words. These activities were related with classes as History, English, Informatics, Geography, Romanian, Religion.
    DAY 5. Cultural trip (Bran Castle - Dracula’s Castle and Rasnov Citadel). They had to do pictures and small articles working in teams. Students improved their English, socialized, discovered out information about Romanian history and geography. These activities were related with classes as Geography, History and English.
    DAY 6. Workshop - Students finished their mini magazine. They presented the results of the project. They took part in a traditional Romanian evening. This improved their social and communication skills, and also English and IT competences. These activities were related with classes as English, Informatics and Music.
