    GUIDELINES

THESE GUIDELINES WILL HELP US TO RUN THE PROJECT

    PLEASE, READ THEM CAREFULLY

    1. Get used to the Twinspace and take your time to learn about its different tools: Pages, Materials, Forums, Project Diary, Chat,...
    2. Be careful and repectful with other people´s work. If you have any doubt, please ask a more expert partner. This way, we all learn from other´s.
    3. In Teacher´s Bulletin teachers are in contact permanently. They share information and agree on different matters. This bulletin can be seen only by teachers.
    4. It´s essential to ask families for a permission in which they allow their sons and daughters to share photos and email accounts and to use the materials created during the project.
    5. Each teacher decides with the students the level of exposure in the Twinspace, that is, what they want to show in the Twinspace. All teachers will control a good use of the Twinspace.
    6. Each teacher registers their students at the beginning of the project. The teacher decides with the students how to register them: Name and real surname (Ana García- This way we learn foreign surnames) o Name and ficticious surname (Ana Santander-This way, we preserve students´s real identity). Students enter the Twinspace with user and password. Users and passwords are controlled by teachers.
    7. Students create their profile with a photo-picture-avatar and write a short description.
    8. Students can be pupil-administrator if their teacher allows them to have a more active role in the project. They should be responsible and respectful every time and help their peers. It´s better to choose a few pupil-administrator when they get used to the Twinspace.
    9. In the Project Diary teachers and students write what has been done each day and they comment on other´s partners´ posts.
    10. In this project it´s very important not only the planning and the final results, but also the process of work. During the project, students should communicate, interact and collaborate actively.
    11. December, 7th a NEW TWINSPACE was launched and we are getting used to it little by little. New possibilities for our collaborative work here.
