PRESENTATION: The Teachers from Portugal and Croatia

  • Angela Gordino

I'm an English and Portuguese teacher for 26 years now. I've been teaching at Agrupamento de Escolas de Loureiro since 1996.
I work with students from 12-15 year olds.I live in the district of Aveiro, a wonderful coastline city.
As a teacher motivating my students to learn English through project methodology is a goal to achieve. Etwinning projects is an essential tool to make it happen.
I am very happy to work with Branka from Croatia in this project that aligns the English curricula with Project methodology, improving different skills in our students: communicative skills, reading, writing and cultural values.

I'm an English and German teacher for 12 years now, teaching at II. osnovna škola Čakovec since 2009. I teach English to children aged 7-14. With my students I have participated in eTwinning projects since 2011. I think they are a great way to bring motivation into classrooms. Children love collaborating with their peers from other European countries. It makes me very happy to work on an eTwinning project with my colleague Angela, who is also a partner in our ongoing Erasmus+ project Innovate Together.
