As Leonardo da Vinci Once said "I love those who can smile in trouble, who can gather strength from distress, and grow brave by reflection. 'Tis the business of little minds to shrink, but they whose HEART is firm, and whose conscience approves their conduct, will pursue their principles unto death." (source:http://www.brainyquote.com).
There are kindHEARTED people whose words or actions are inspirational acts of love towards mankind, justice and freedom. Let us remeber these men, women or children who have dedicated their lives to make our world a better place.
FOOD FOR THOUGHT: Who are your Heroes and Why?

Freedom heroes a-will always be kept in our HEART.” (Aykutalp Avşar, on Twitter)
On the occasion of International Day of Social Justice, pupils shared their opinions and identified people they admire and consider to be their heroes who inspire them to become more compassionate.
Once again, our pupils took the challenge to learn about each other's culture with a focus on Freedom Heroes and they have shared information about the heroes that make them proud. See in the MEET OUR HERO FORUM.
Here is the result of our collaboration: - a joint-presentation on ourselected freedom heroes HERE AND a QUIZ we invite you to take in homage to these heroes!! HERE
