1.1 After Aldaia mobility

  • This mobility has been the real "launch" of our project.
For a week we have shared experiences, cultural activities, free time, family life, participation in the life of the educational community of IES Salvador Gadea.

We set up the "NoMI Parliament" through an exciting plenary session in which all participants had the opportunity to make their voices heard and bring motions for a more supportive and inclusive future.

We discovered the beauties of a city that welcomed us in its festive atmosphere of preparation for the big festival of Fallas.

We experienced the emotions of being enveloped by the sounds and silences of nature in the beautiful setting of the Albufera.

We have seen with our own eyes that "no man is an island", that we have a lot to share and learn from one another, that union is strength and that together we can build a more peaceful community.

Thank you NoMI partners for making these days so exciting and fruitful!

  • The diaries of the mobility to Aldaia

    Paiman from Finland

    My experience in Aldaia:
My erasmus partner was very friendly and nice.
He made me feel welcome in the country.
My family was also very kind to me.
In valencia I had a great time because of the different culture that we have in Finland.
I liked the festivals that were held in valencia at the time of our stay because I had never seen anything like that in my life.
The food was also very good in valencia.
This trip was definitely worth going to because of all the different types of experiences i had there.

    Lotta from Finland

My feelings from the Erasmus Valencia trip is that the trip was really interesting and fun. The exercises and games what we did were new to me and fun to learn. Weather was beautiful and the people were very friendly to us. They were interested about our culture and how everything is in Finland. Spanish food was really different than what we eat but I still tasted new foods that I haven’t ever tasted before. All over the trip was really nice and I don’t have that much negative to say about it. In my opinion everyone was nice to me and to everyone else and the spanish students and teachers were welcoming us nicely.

    Julius from Finland - 2

There were a couple of things we did and I experienced what I will remember my entire life.
One and the greatest things were the family. They were so nice and I am
to live with them for a week. I learned lots of new things about their culture and lifestyle.
The other thing was our trip to the lake. We went to see a magnificent
probably with the greatest company ever.
I am very thankful to be able to be part of this journey and Erasmus+
told two years ago that I will do something like this, I wouldn't believe.
Thank you to the organizers and teachers who made this happen. Also big
and his wonderful family. See you soon in Finland!

I had an awesome time at Valencia.
We did lots of fun things together. Not only with my Finnish friends, but
Raul and with his friends, and with other IES Salvador Gadea students. It felt like our days there went past really fast. Our first day was about
many games and I personally made new good relations.
I really enjoyed the Spanish weather, it was warm and sunny, there is
    about that.
The way our trip was organized and executed was really great. Everything
there was anything that was bothering me, I just asked about it from one of the organizers.

    Jaan from Finland

Before I left home to go to Valencia I was a bit nervous because I was going to go to a family that I have never spoke to or even seen what they looked like. But as soon as I met the family and my pair I felt almost like home they were very kind to me and I was as polite as I could when visiting the family. Valencia was a great town and a nice place to visit. I especially liked the weather in Valencia because it was much warmer than in Finland. Going to a trip with a school was also very new to me. I had never done this kind of an activity before. But it was fun and I would recommend this trip to all my friends.
