Working process - schedule

  • Week 1:

    • Teachers recruite the students and create a Twinspace page "meet and greet" with a padlet.
    • Students make short presentations about their schools. The "instrumentalists" make short presentations about themselves and their musical education.


    Week 2:

    • Teachers create pages about musical periods: renaissance, baroque, classicism, romanticism, modern (and other if needed)
    • Instrumentalists record one or several pieces of music and (with teachers' help if needed) share it on YT and on Twinspace. They put in into the proper page.
    • All students are choosing the pages they edit and make research. There are intermational teams for every period (one student may be engaged in several teams). The studnets are given the tasks: they have to describe the composers and genres of the pieces recorded by their colleagues as weel as the instruments they play.

    Week 3:

    • In national teams students work on creative interpretation of music (picture, story, stop motion, other). They have to use a piece recorded in the other school.
    • Students share the presentation and comments

    Week 4:

    • Teachers or students prepare quizzes about all the content of the project
    • Closing acitivity: saying goodbye and thnakyou
