What About This Project?

  • Information and communication technology (ICT) skills are inevitable in today's world. We are all in a digital world so we want our students to take part in this world and use it correctly. In this e twinning project, students' level of digital competence and skills will be developed by using mini programs and they will have a chance to experience in real world.

    AIMS OF THE PROJECT

    The aim of the project is to increase interested students' level of digital competence and skills. Also it is aimed to engage students and teachers in education of STEM ( Science-Technology-Engineering-Mathematics).

     

    PROCESS OF THE PROJECT

     

    FEBRUARY

    Invitation of partners. 
    -Social media pages will be created about project.Logo competition will be started at the school and finalized at the end of the month.
    -Students' foreknowledge about computer coding and visual coding will be evaluated.Ss will prepare a project board about the importance of ICT in our daily life.
    -The performances of ss and activities will be shared on social media.
    MARCH

    Ss will be informed about basic algorithmics.
    -Ss will analyze scracth studio and investigate the same samples of scracth applications.Then they will start the studies of scratch studio and practise basic applications( labyrinth)
    -It will be prepared posters by partners about the project
    APRIL

    Ss'll go on the studies of scratch studio and practise 
    Ss'll prepare posters of scracth studies
    MAY

    Ss'll prepare  games with using scracth and share.It'll be created a video that shows the process of how to prepare,use and play it.

    EXPECTED RESULTS

     

    Students will gain awarenes about learning and teaching through ICT and will have the ability to use web tools and codes.
    It will provide exchange of information between different students,schools and countries.
    It will increase the students' curiosity towards STEM.
