We are going to help S-Pace with this mission.  We need you to fill in this form and send it back my email to (Ms. Melanie Cini.).  As soon as we have all the information, we can process it and start playing :) 

We are going to create a quiz, that S-Pace can print and play in his galaxy.  We can also play it with our friends at school...telling them about S-Pace's adventures as well :)
