1st stop: Complete the Challenges

  • TASK: Now that you know you are in the city of Rhodes, let's explore it a lot more! There are 5 challenges for you below!

    For challenges 1-4 go to https:edpuzzle.com and Log in as students with the username and password your teacher will give you. There are 4 Edpuzzles for you to complete. Your answers will be automatically recorded and the Greek team will be able to see them on Edpuzzle. In challenge 5 you must send a message to the Greek team with your Thinglink creation (a link to the image).

    Challenge 3: Complete the Archaeological Museum of Rhodes Edpuzzle

    Challenge 4: Complete the Fortifications of Rhodes Edpuzzle

    Challenge 5: Download Rodos City Map and edit it on ThingLink in order to add tags for the following buildings, using different colours of tags to indicate the different time periods they belong to. For each building write its name and time of construction and also find an image online, copy the image address and add it to the tag description.

    Examine the location of the new buildings in each time period (Knights' period, Ottoman period, Italian period). What do you notice about how the city has developed through the course of history?
