What did you do?

To conclusion of this project you have to:

1. sum up in a checklist important rules that need to work in hotel;

2. sum up in a checklist important items how to react in a situation of complaints in general.

For this activity you can use software as Word, PowerPoint, etc….. then you have to upload it in a specific folder  in section “Materials”.
