A relevant priority is consolidating the status of the teaching professions, supporting getting the ability and competence and acquiring appropriate skills and competence on the highest level, an acquaintance of the newest techniques and methods of both the learning and the teaching, the culture and the history of the own country and partner countries and better taking control of significant basic and cross-sectional competence on the highest level in the perspective of the whole life learning. Participants of the project will take part in classes and lectures concerning learning techniques, and teachers will be able to use methods and techniques for years. The main aim of this project is acquaintanceship the groups of the project (students and teachers) with the newest techniques and methods of both learning and teaching, culture and history of the own country and partner countries using these activating methods, high techniques and educational methods, and IT.

In Poland we use:  mind maps, osie chronologii czasu, piktogramy, zakładki pamięciowe; zapamiętuje poprzez stosowanie metody pokoju rzymskiego, haczyki pamięciowe, eksperymenty i doświadczenia, dramę; potrafi pracować metodą projektową, stosuje łańcuchy skojarzeń, metody zakładkowe, metodę słów zastępczych, rymonimy, mnemotechniki, akronimy, akrostychy, metodę Birkenbihl, kombinatorykę skojarzeniową; uczeń posiada wiadomości z zakresu kultury i historii swojego kraju i innych państw europejskich, nauczyciel zna i stosuje nowoczesne techniki i metody uczenia się i nauczania, nauczyciel korzysta z nowoczesnych technologii i narzędzi TIK,nauczyciel potrafi pracować w środowisku międzynarodowym wykorzystując platformę eTwinning, media społecznościowe itp. uczniowie i nauczyciele potrafią wykorzystać znajomość języka obcego w praktyce. Dzięki działaniom projektowym wzmocnione także zostaną kontakty ze środowiskiem lokalnym poprzez uczestnictwo mieszkańców w niektórych działaniach projektowych (występach, pokazach, lekcjach otwartych, warsztatach).
