- October - registering the project, inviting students in our school to the project, forming groups if many, waiting for other schools to join.
- November - ice-breaking activities (showing the school, etc.), time for students to come up with ideas of 3-5 potato dishes.
- December, January, February - students prepare the dishes- make videos, recipie posters, making other schools recipies, feedback.
- March, April - putting material together, making e-magazine/booklet with recipies, sharing, making other schools recipies and presentation for the school.
- May - evaluation, closing the project, self-evaluation.
