First an elaboration of an evaluation plan containing the elements of evaluation and which activities are to be evaluated was established. The next step was the creation of feedback sheets. Since the evaluation process of the project had changed, it was decided by the partners that each school had to conduct their own evaluation. A set of guidelines has been suggested by the project coordinator. The partner schools should submit their evaluation results to the coordinating school. Both partner schools have to provide their own evaluation results and the necessary help. The collected data will be published on the Twinspace .

Evaluation 4: Staff involved in the project.

Evaluation 5: host families if they wish to take part in the evaluation. The families who hosted a guest student during a learning, teaching and training activity. The criteria consisted of for example information regarding Erasmus+ and the project content, problems and challenges encountered during the project, assimilation of the guest students in the daily life and the environment of the family, activities planned with the guest students, the impact of the project on their own child, etc.
