  • Our project became public through the twinspace project journal and the Pages with all the uploaded photos/videos and information about the activities carried out by all the partners.

    Also, the project partners made the project known on school blogs and websites, through local media and open days and events at our schools and moreover through letters to parents.

    We presented our project to the other students at school who had carried out similar pen pal projects and played with them the following kahoot game to exchange information about the countries and cultures of our pen pals and test what we learnt from their letters, presentations and online meetings with them.

    Also, the parents of the students were invited to watch presentations of our eTwinning projects, all five of them, including LET' S BE PEN PALS of course! The students themselves had the role of explaining everything to their parents, their fellow students and the other teachers.

     

    Moreover, the parents were informed about the project, the project activities and products through 4 letters which they received by the teacher throughout the year (parts of which can be seen below). In the letters they could find the URL of the twinspace.

    Last but not least, the city mayor was informed about our project through a thank you letter that we wrote to him since the Tourist Support Office of our municipality helped us in our project by providing postcards of our city which we mailed to our pen pals and gave them joy. Part of this letter is below:
