There were three moments scheduled on the activities planning for the transnational meeting in which several topics were discussed, such as dates of next mobilities, schedule and type of activities, possible problems that might occur and possible solutions, hosting families and also a general balance of the activities held in Madeira. In general, these meetings were very important, thus we could dicuss the strong and weak points of the activities and the project itself in order to improve it contributing for Its success. We also decided to use email, facebook group to communicate and also etwinning to dissemination of the project and the final product of all activities. 

During these meetings we had also discussed issues related to logistics concerning students exchanges in what concerns meals, accomodation and eventually some trips that might occur during the exchanges.

Finally, we tried to discuss and anylise the best procedure to follow for choosing the students participating in the project Some of the procedures taken into account were mainly economical status, age and risk of leaving school.

To conclude we anylised the initial aims of the project and tried to make a balance and evaluation according to what has been developed and done until now and its deadlines and also the activities that are planned to do are enought and accurate to meet the goals of the project. So far, the activites and the goals have been accomplished.
