Gymnázium Příbram was established on 12 October 1871 as a secondary grammar school in the centre of the old town of Pribram. In 1958 the whole school was moved to a new building, which was completely renovated in the years 2007-2009. There are about 600 students and about 50 teachers in the school year 2017 - 2018.
