CEIP FRANCISCO FATOU
We are an infant and primary school located in a district of Madrid (Vallecas), 8 km from the center. The neighborhood has considerably changed and therefore, its inhabitants. In addition, it is well connected to the city center and is easily accessible by public transport (bus, train and metro).
The school has got 400 students from a medium-low sociocultural and economical level. In this context, the cultural enrichment resulting from this ethnic diversity is facilitated and... We feel very fortunate and proud of it.

The school is composed by an unique builden divided into classes for infant education, primary and special need's classrooms.
Besides, as a additional facilities we have: a school library, a music class, a gym, two playgrounds, a compute class, a green gaden and a teacher staff room.
Our progamme includes studies in Spanish, Maths, Social and Natural Science, English, ITC, Arts, PE, Music and Values/Religion (optional).
We enjoy living in Madrid so much and a result, we use the city as a scene for our lessons: museums and galleries, historical blackground of the city, the National LIbrary...
