European desserts at the French school restaurant

  • As the Hungarian team had offered us a recipe book in Italy, we thought it would be a good idea to try! Our Chef agreed to work and cook with students on Wednesday mornings. So the Englis teacher in charge of the project worked on dessert recipes from the six partners' countries in the English classwith year 7 and 9. Then students, in groups of 10 went to cook "for real" in the school kitchen. The Year 9 being in charge of the Year 7. It was a real opportunity to speak, understand and love English! Our little chefs prepared desserts for 400 students and everybody really enjoyed the all thing.
