Important Points for the Qualification of  the eTwinning project : eTwinneRobot

Dear Colleagues,

We wish you all a great school year that is full of big success and good luck!

Here are some important points that we would like to emphasize because we all want to carry out a well planned, well organized, qualified and fruitful project. So we kindly request from you to pay attention to these points.

 

*We had better create a file on our own, in this file, we had better put our  materials such as photos, videos. When we create these files , it will be much easier for you, to upload these photos and videos on Twinspace. So please create your own FILE s.

 

*We had better create  a file on our own Computer (PC)  for our project named eTwinneRobot. When we create a file on our own PC named eTwinneRobot, we can put all our word documents, photos, videos so that we can reach them easily. Becauese we have also some other etwinning projects, so that we can create each project files on our own PC.

 

*We had better get a permission slip ( İzin Kağıdı )  for our educative trips to nursery houses, or places where disadvaged people live, or places where children with Down Syndrome stay.  We, as co-founders, prepared a '' Common Permission Slip ''   then we upload it on materials, you can all reach and get it .

 

*We  had better follow the deadlines of all activities especially Collaorative Activities. So please pay attion to the deadlines.

 

*We had better use the Facebook group of our project, Twinspace, and Forum in a much more active way.

 

*We had better encourage our students to use Forums more collaboratively and actively.

 

*We had  better have a great communication on Facebook, twinmail and Twinspace. We use twinmail (mail on etwinning ) to send emails to ecah other.

 

*We had better prepare Word Docs about the activities , because as co-founders, we need your word documents to create an e-book at the end of the project. So we ask at least five word documents from each project partner.

 

*We had better create online-events, on-site events to contribute to the project .

 

*We  are planning to  prepare a project blog with the voluntary partners collaboratively.  If you want, you can make contributions to our project blog.

 

 

    * **All your creative suggestions and constructive comments  are welcome throughout the project process. Thanks for your contibution, collaboration, understanding and friendship.
