Coding is  one of the most impressive and popular topics referring to the computer science and programming. Nowadays, most of the countries are aware of the  benefits and contributions of coding to the education system.Every person from child to the elderly needs to experience coding and share their creativity and imagination.Besides , they should develop their 21 st century skills with the help of coding and should give up being passive technology users.

 

eTwinneRobot is an international project which starts in September 2017 and lasts until the 30th of May ,2018, that is ,a Whole year process project welcomes us. This well planned  project covers a collaborative final ebook consisted of  all the activities and tasks  will be prepared. This project is a great result of  the inspiration of a group of innovative educators in Turkey called ''Tebeşir Hareketi'' 

 

Our project  aims that each project teams create original and simple games,designs  or basic robots, which helps making  disadvantaged people's  lives easier.  ( Disadvantaged people refer to the people who are disabled, living in lower social areas, unemployed ,refugees or immigrants ). Thanks to this project, the students will gain an awareness to the theme of the social inclusion Because the project that is rich in activities will promote attitudes of non-discrimination towards disabilities, cultures, gender ,religion or age.

 

This project, moreover, gives an opportunity  to the students and to the people taking part in  socially responsibility aspect  of the project  to explore their common interests, to teach new items to each other and to code their emotions ,ambitions and dreams with collaborative activities. The teams in each countries or cities will create an interaction and communication between the people and the institutions so,this  will lead to establish  a strong relationship, coherence among the partners of the project ,that is, it helps young people acquire civic competences and develop active European citizenship.
