The main stages of the project

    September : Presentation for all 

    First Stage :

    The students take a group photo, we add numbers on each student. The students describe themselves on a padlet. The others countries try to find the good person.

    Second stage :

    Take a photo with their cooking clothes and in their Hands one tool of the kitchen :)

     

    September/ October : Interview

    First stage :

    Interview of elderly people about their eating habits when they were 20 years old

    Second stage :

    Exploit the questionnaire on a padlet

     

    October / November : First cooking

    First stage :

    The students find out seasonal vegetable and take seasonal recipes and prepare them.

    (cold starters, warm starters, soups, main course, finger food, spreads, juices)

    Second stage :

    Exploit the first cooking on the twinspace

     

    December / January: Christmas cooking

    First stage :

    Ask grandmothers about the recipes of Christmas and revisit them 

    Send cookies to others countries

    Second stage :

    Exploit grandmother's recipes of Christmas

     

    January/ February :

    First stage :

    Create more healthier recipes and exploit them (less fat, less sugar, less meat, less salt, more hole grain, more vegetable, more fruits, more leguminous plants, more saisonal vegetables, more local food, more herbs)

    Second stage :

    Send the recipes to the others countries

     

    March/ April :

    Cook the recipes from the other countries

     

    April/May :

    Create a cooking book
