The school

After the official reception and the presentation of the exchange, the students of La Sénia guided their Italian partners around La Sénia High School.

Secondly, the Italian students participated in our classes. They were arranged in groups of 5, merging the Italian part of two workgroups. The link below shows the arrangement of the workgroups into the lessons of the school.

Italian in our lessons

During the break, some students from schools schools played volleyball together.

 

The village

The students visited the Town Hall where the village and the geocaching activity were presented.

After that, the students from Genova discovered La Sénia by Geocaching (www.geocaching.com)

This is an outdoor activity in which participants use GPS devices (or smart phones) to seek for hidden containers "geocaches" or "caches" at specific locations that are registered on the app "c:geo" (Android).

The app also includes some historical information about the place or the building where the contaier is found. Therefore, the activity becomes an exciting touristic experience.
