The main aim of the meeting was to summarize the project: activities, cooperation, completion of the aims and the final report. Presentation of the activities implemented so far and summarizing the project activities was done. Achievement of the project aims and the quality of the implemented activities was done, too. First steps and agreements about writing the project’s report were made. 
Another important aspect of the meeting was to determine the next forms of cooperation, a  potential project and actions, that could have been taken in order to continue the partnership of the four schools.
Discussion about the possibility to get new project granted under Erasmus+ KA229 in 2019, and activities that might be carried out (if the project is granted) were discussed.
