પૃથ્વીના પરિઘ માપન અંગે આંતર રાષ્ટ્રીય વીડિયો કોન્ફરન્સ કચ્છની માતૃચ્છાયા કન્યા વિદ્યાલય માં યોજાઈ

તાજેતરમાં કચ્છની શાળાઓમાં ઝીરો શેડો ડે (પડછાયા વિહીન દિન) ની ઉજવણી કરવા માં આવેલ હતી. એરાતોસ્થનેસ નામના આ પ્રોજેક્ટ માં ફ્રાન્સ, બ્રાઝિલ ગ્રિસ સહીત સાત દેશોની બાર શાળાઓ એ ભાગ લીધેલ હતો. જેમાં માતૃચ્છાયા ઉપરાંત નારાણપર અને મેઘપર શાળા પણ સામેલ હતી.
ઉક્ત પ્રયોગના આંકડાઓ નાં પૃથ્થકરણ કરવા તથા પ્રયોગ કર્તા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અને શિક્ષકો વચ્ચે વાર્તાલાપ યોજવા આ કોન્ફરન્સ નું આયોજન કરવા માં આવ્યું હતું. ભુજ નાં બાળકોએ બોમ દિયા સાથે તો ફ્રાન્સ નાં એરિકે નમસ્તે ઇન્ડિયા કહીને પરસ્પર અભિવાદન કર્યું હતું. શાળાની શ્રેયા ઝાલા, ઇશિકા પોમલ, સાક્ષી ગણાત્રા, પ્રિન્સી ચૌહાણ, કિંજલ પવાણીએ પ્રોજેક્ટવિશે, શાળાની સિદ્ધિઓ બાબતે, કચ્છનાં જોવાલાયક સ્થળો વિષે માહિતી આપી હતી,
એક કલાકની આ કોન્ફરન્સ દરમિયાન કચ્છ ની શાળાઓના પ્રયોગની ખાસ નોંધ લઈ વખાણ કરવામાં આવ્યા હતા.

શાળાના શિક્ષકો અશ્વિનભાઈ, જાગૃતિબેન વકીલ, સંદીપભાઈ, મહેશભાઈ વગેરે એ હાજર રહી બાળકોને માર્ગદર્શન આપ્યું હતું
કોન્ફરન્સ દરમિયાન પ્રવેશ ઉત્સવ અર્થે આવેલા ધારાસભ્ય નીમાબેન આચાર્ય ને જાણ થતાં તેઓ એ મુલાકાત લઈ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને આંતરાષ્ટ્રીય ગોષ્ઠિમાં ભાગ લેવા બાદલ અભિનંદન આપ્યા હતા.શાળાના આચાર્યા નિલાબેન તથા નિયામક નલિનીબેન તથા મધુભાઈ સંઘવી એ પ્રોત્સાહન પૂરું પાડ્યું હતું. અન્ય દેશોની વિવિધ શાળાઓના શિક્ષકો અથાનાસિયા, ઝેફાઇરૉપૌલો, જેને ડે ફાતિમા, બિલ કોસ્તોપોલોસ, ડેનીયેલા રુઝીકમાર્ક વગેરે એ પોતાના પ્રોજેક્ટ વિષે વાત કરી હતી
કાર્યક્રમનું સંચાલન  કચ્છ એસ્ટ્રોનોમી ક્લબના નરેન્દ્ર ગોર તથા ફ્રાંસ ના વૈજ્ઞાનિક એરીક વિસ્સીએ કર્યું હતું.

 

International video conference on the measurement of the circumference of the Earth took place at the Matruchchhaya Kanya vidhyalay in Kachchh.

Recently, Zero Shadow Day (No Shadow Day) was celebrated in schools of Kutch. This project, named Eratosthenes, was attended by Twelve schools from Seven countries, including France, Brazil, Gris. Apart from Matruchchhaya there were Naranpar School  and Meghpar School also involved from the Kachchha District.
The conference was organized to analyze the above experiment statistics and to conduct talks among students and teachers of the experiment. Bhuj's children,  With Bom Dia , Eric of France made mutual applause, saying Namaste India. Shreya Zala, Ishika Polmal, Sakshi Ganatra, Princy Chauhan, Kinjal Pawani talked about the school, Experience about the project, about the school's achievements and also gave information about the sights of Kutch,
During this one-hour conference, a special note of the experiments in the schools of Kutch was commended.

School teachers Ashvinbhai, Jagrutiben, Sandipbhai, Maheshbhai etc. were present to guide the children.
MLA Nimbaban Acharya came to know about the Video Conference as She had Come for the Praveshotsav in the School She greeted gave the admiration to the students for participation in International Conference. Principal Nilaben and Director Naliniben and Trustee Madhubhai Sanghavi also encouraged the students. Teachers from different schools of other countries,  Antonin Perbosc, Athanasia Zafeiropoupou, Bill Kostopoulos, Daniela Ruzic  Mrak, Jeane de Fatima, Aspasia Dilalou, Katerina Glinou etc. from different Contries spoke about their projects
