INSTRUCTIONS:

Every country should recommend at least 4 books (2 or 3 of them fiction and 1 or 2 poetry). Those books could be from national, european or international literature. But at least two of them to be from each country's national literature.  

The books should be presented by the students in any way they would like, guided by their teachers, but we suggest you schoold include also the next 3 steps:  

1. synopsis or book review (50 - 100 words) 

2. some phrases / verses from the text / some comments on the text (50 - 100 words) 

3. an  image of the cover / an image that the students want to draw / collage etc. 

Those 4 books that each country will recommend (24 books in total) will be published in a diary for the years 2017-2018. Each country will take 2 pages at the beginning of two months (ex. Cyprus will have 2 pages before January and 2 before June and will recommend on those pages 4 books, at least 2 books wiil come from cypriot - greek literature  and at least 1 of them should be poetry and so on).  

All the recommended books will be the structure of the diary.  

The prototype bookrecommender diary will be in English. Each country can transalate it in mother language, if you think it is necessary.  It has to be published, in a way that you will decide, and be delivered to your students of your BookPals' team or all the students of your school for an amount that you decide or for free.
