You are a travel agency and a company wants to reward his employees with a travel.

The company asks you to create a travel for 15 people in May 2015.

 

* You have some constraints :

- The travel must last 10 days.

- You must visit 5 famous cities in Europe

• You can’t travel more than 6 000 km.

• You have a maximum budget of 20 000€

 

You must prepare a journey and show your project to the company. The boss of the company will choose the best project.

Your presentation must contain :

-The journey on a map

- Information about each visit

In order to help you, we give you some advice:

 

• 1^st step: Choose a name for your agency and find a role for each member of the group. For example : manager, travel agent, reservations officer, tour guide, French translator ….

• 2^nd step: Choose the itinerary and calculate the total number of kms

• 3^rd step: Choose the transports and calculate the total price

• 4^th step: Find visits, restaurants and hotels for each city

• 5^th step: Complete the spreadsheet

• 6^th step: Make the slideshow

• 7^th step: Practice with your partners before the presentation in front of the class.
