  • FRONT THE MASK TO THE CUBISM

       

     

     

    It was Carnival time, so we decided to realise a different kind of mask using different recycling materials, such as carboard cuttings, plastic and metal caps, buttons, iron and copper threads, seeds, beans, metal plates, etc.

     

    And this is the result:

              

                  
     

    Picasso himself experienced this passage from the mask to the cubism.?              

    Then we passed to the portait, and the kids thought about how a face can look from different perspectives, and how it can look if the different views appeared at the same time in one single face.

     

            

       

    Then the kids worked on portraits, using this style, first realising a portrait of a person and then realising a self portrait.
