Our Music teacher, Esther, helped us with this task. She told us about the Opera Carmen, composed by Georges Bizet. He was French, but The story is set in the South of Spain and contains all the stereotypes of our country on these days: soldiers, gypsies, bullfighters, smugglers, cigarrette girls, dancing, singing, passion, violence, death. etc.

The Opera tells the story of a soldier who fell in love with a gypsy girl. Later she fell in love with a popular bullfighter. This provoked a big drama.

We performed the Prelude following the ryhtm with our bodies. We invented the patterns:
