Every December, Amnesty invites everyone across the globe to write and sign letters for people whose basic human rights are being attacked.
The letters have served Amnesty International to put pressure on authorities, and over the years they have resulted in life-changing impacts for many.

From 10th December 2016 to 10th January 2017 , Agrupamento de Escolas de Sátão took part in this global action and collected 2083 signatures adding to online signatures by parenst and teachers who supported this action.
