Easter Customs & Traditions

  • Each one of the participating countries collects on a padlet the Easter customs and traditions of their country. It is going to be a very interesting way that our students can read and learn about other cultures. After learning about the Easter traditions of the participating countries, students can test their knowledge by taking part in a quiz game.

Add the Easter custom's and traditions of your country in the padlet below.

SZKOŁA PODSTAWOWA W BALICACH - POLAND ( Marta Skuza)

    Hello,
This is our traditional Easter breakast ( this one was made at my home). It is eaten on Easter Sunday. We usually have soup that is called "barszcz" with sausage and eggs. It is often served in plate made of bread. We also have "babka" - a cake of exceptional shape, home made bread, vegetable salad, ham and spices like horseradish, salt and papper blassed in church.
