European Day of Languages 2016

The project aims at celebrating language diversity among Europe. Children aged 9-14 will be included into various tasks and activities with the aim of recognizing the importance of speaking foreign languages, as well as celebrating the mother tongue. Through the creation of games, posters, presentations and online material, children will connect with their peers in a foreign country, exchange ideas, showcase their work, as well as learn a few words of the language other children included in the project speak. The results will be displayed in an online booklet and all of the work will be uploaded on the internet in the shape of presentations, images, text etc.
