Pablo Azzam Miftode, IES Licenciado Francisco Cascales, 1o Bach. E

I believe that it's the myth of Theseus and the Minotaur.

Minos was king in Crete. In order to confirm his right to rule, rather than any of his brothers, he prayed Poseidon (which is why he appears near Crete) send him a bull as a sign.
Later, Poseidon had Aphrodite curse Pasiphaë, the wife of Minos, causing her to fall in love with the bull of Poseidon and gave birth to the Minotaur. Poseidon passed on his rage to the bull, causing him to lay waste to the land.
Theseus announced to King Minos that he was going to kill the Monster, despite not knowing the way out the Labyrinth.
Theseus met Princess Ariadne (which might be why the goat was shown), who decided to help Theseus. She gave him a thread (which is why he ¨won to a thread¨) and told him to unravel it as he would penetrate deeper in.

Andrea Conde, IES Isaac Albéniz, 6th mith

I think the 6th mith is about Aracne who challenged Athenea because she thought she was better weaving than a goddess. Athenea punished her to be a spider and to weave for the rest of her life. That's why spiders weave their webs. The picture is a painting of Velázquez that represents the scene where Athenea appears to Aracne to challenge her.

Antonie, Liceul Teoretic ,,Ion Neculce" 7th myth

A centaur , or occasionally hippocentaur, is a creature from Greek mythology with the upper body of a human and the lower body and legs of a horse.
Centaurs are thought of in many Greek myths as being as wild as untamed horses, and were said to have inhabited the region of Magnesia and Mount Pelion in Thessaly, the Foloi oak forest in Elis, and the Malean peninsula in southern Laconia. Centaurs are subsequently featured in Roman mythology, and were familiar figures in the medieval bestiary. They remain a staple of modern fantastic literature.
